About Me
Jenny Webb

My former career as a special educator was both extensive and driven by passion. In the classroom, I was committed to fostering an inclusive environment tailored to the unique needs of each student. By developing individualized educational plans, I consistently facilitated meaningful educational and personal growth for students with diverse needs.
More recently, as part of the district Student Success Team, I expanded my impact through district-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing student outcomes. This role allowed me to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies that support student achievement and well-being on a broader scale.
At home, my husband and I manage a lively household with three children in elementary, middle, and high school, along with one energetic dog. Two of our children receive special education services, profoundly shaping my perspective. Our high schooler has an intellectual disability, and our youngest has autism and ADHD.
I founded Your Voice LLC because my personal experiences navigating the complexities of the school system deepened my understanding of the gaps in support available to the students and families who need it most.
My approach is collaborative, data-driven, and focused on the unique needs of each child.
